All 9th graders will need a school physical (due prior to the first day of school) and proof of immunizations (prior to October 15th) for high school. Please note that your student will be excluded from school if these requirements are not submitted by the deadline provided. Additionally, proof of a dental exam within 18 months prior to May 15 must be submitted prior to May 15th of the 9th-grade year.
