All 6th graders will need a school physical (dated within one year prior to the first day of school) and proof of immunizations before starting middle school. All 6th graders are required to have a Tdap booster as well as a meningococcal vaccine (Vaccinations may not be given prior to the child's 11th birthday). Dental exams will be due to the health office before May 15 of the current school year (dated within 18 months of the deadline).
