Yesterday, several HBR Art Student competed in Chicagoland 4x5, an art show containing over 1,600 pieces of art all 4x5 inches. Artists included: Sydney Babcock, Miura Bartalone, Zoe Bonior, Ally Brandonisio, Monica Brandonisio, Jennifer Hanacek, Skyler Janeski, Hannah Liakas, and Abigail White. Jennifer even went home with the 2nd place trophy in Analog Photography!

Don't want all the Halloween Candy at your house?! Considering donating to "Treats for Troops" that benefits Operation Support Our Troops. We will be collecting any unwanted Halloween candy through Friday this week in the Main Office.

Hinckley - Big Rock FFA had yet another day filled with Empowering experiences! This group attended student workshops, session, career & college expo, and enjoyed team bonding at Back 9 Golf! Even though we head home tomorrow, we will always remember the friends, memories, and opportunities made this week!
Hinckley - Big Rock FFA members are spending the week in Indianapolis for the 98th National FFA Convention! Yesterday, these students toured Purdue University's College of Agriculture, learning about the variety of majors and opportunities offered! Today and tomorrow, we are focusing on the Career & College Expo, along with the General Sessions, and workshops. As the theme for National Convention this year is Empower, we are challenging our students to find what empowers them this week, whether that's a workshop, career path, business, keynote speaker, or the general sessions!
REMINDER: Saturday is the last day to register for the Royal Jaunt and still receive this year's t-shirt and tomorrow is the last day for sponsor donations! You may still register for the race up until November 14th on Raceroster.com!
