Prom Walk May 3rd student attendees please be here at 4:30. The walk starts at 5 p.m.

Congratulations Matt Rainford!! Matt received a sliver metal at Skills USA for Advertising Design this past weekend.

Today is Service Day! Please have your child bring a sack lunch and those helping with grounds/forestry clean up should wear long pants and waterproof shoes!

Boys Varsity track and field has been canceled for tonight.

Night at the Ballpark has been canceled for tonight and is rescheduled for May 1st at 4:30.

Those students enrolled in IVVC courses should plan to attend tomorrow, 4/26. IVVC is expecting them and we will run our normal bus service.

Last night at the April meeting, the HBR Board of Education gave a Royal Shout out to Mrs. Susan Clark and Mrs. Katie Claypool. Both of these women were recipients of the Dekalb County Excellence in Education award! They were honored and nominated by students Evelyn Murphy and Ingrid Martinez. We have officially hired Kaylee Diller to lead the cheer program at Hinckley-Big Rock High School. Anyone interested in participating in cheer next school year, please come to a brief meet and greet after school Tuesday, April 30th at 3:10 in the cafeteria. Coach Diller brings energy, passion and a wealth of knowledge to us as she has competed at some of the highest levels of collegiate cheer. Welcome to HBR Coach Diller!

Lowering the flags in honor of CPD Officer Huesca

Come out to the Cougars Stadium this Thursday, April 25th to support the HBRHS baseball team. They will be playing against Somonauk. The game will start at 4:30. Good luck Royals!!

Today's baseball game vs Hiawatha has been moved to 4pm in an attempt to get in the game in before anticipated weather.
